Can you show me samples of your work?

I’m sure you’ll understand that most of my work is done under confidentiality agreements. If you contact me and let me know your specific requirements, I can see if I can find something sufficiently anonymized to that I can share.

What CAT software are you familiar with?

In terms of CAT tools, I have worked with Memsource, TRADOS, Virtaal and Translation Workspace. Please note that I do not have a current TRADOS license, as most agencies provide inhouse tools these days.
I am of course familiar with Microsoft Office and most other current Office packages.

What are your rates?

My rates depend on the language(s), the type of work involved (levels of research, experience etc.) and other factors. Contact me with your specs and we can work something out.

What are your turnaround times?

I am generally quite busy so if you’re a new client, it is unlikely I can deliver an urgent job for you under 24 hours . I generally require 48 hours even for small jobs, so that I can proofread with a clear head the next day. For larger projects, it will depend on my ongoing workload.
